Hosts Levante come into this game after snatching a 1-1 draw in stoppage time at Valencia in their return to play on Friday.  Levante currently sit in 12th and a win here could see them leapfrog Osasuna into 11th place.  Roger Marti will sit this match out on suspension. 

Visitors Sevilla come into this game following a 2-0 win over Real Betis in the Andalusian Derby.  Sevilla sit in 3rd and with a nine point gap between them and 2nd they’ll be more focused on holding off the teams below them where only four points separate themselves and 6th place.  Sevilla is expected to be at full strength for this match. 

The games between these two sides played at the Estadi Ciutat have been evenly matched affairs, with each side taking two wins each and two draws over the last six matches.  Levante has been an average team at home this year while Sevilla has been one of the best teams when playing away, ranking 2nd to only Real Madrid in points collected away.  Expect Sevilla to come out on top here in a hard fought match.

Hosts Real Betis enter this game following a 2-0 loss away to Sevilla over the weekend in the Andalusian Derby.  Betis come into this week in 13th but a win could see them jump up to 11th. 

Sidnei remains out with an injury while Marc Bartra is expected to be fit.

Granada enter this game following a 2-1 win at home over Getafe.  Undefeated in their last five games, Granada currently sit in 9th and a win here could see them finish the weekend as high as 7th.  Yangel Herrera is out on suspension and Maxime Gonalons remains out with an injury. 

This has been an even matchup with each side taking two wins and drawing twice over the last six meetings.  Real Betis have been a much better side when playing at home and have scored over twice as many goals then when they feature away.  Granada on the other hand have performed much worse away from home, where they’ve conceded more than two and a half times as many goals compared to when they play at home.  Real Betis came into the break on one of the worst runs of form in the league while Granada came in on one of the best runs of form, and these trends held last weekend with Betis losing and Granada winning.  Betis will be feeling the pressure to get back on track while Granada will be eyeing a European spot.  A low scoring draw looks likely in this one.
